David W. Madden, a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service, is the Executive Director, Space and Missile Systems Center, Air Force Space Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif. He is the senior civilian executive and the Deputy Program Executive Officer for Space. His responsibilities include managing the research, design, development, acquisition and sustainment of satellites and the associated ground command and control systems and user terminals.
